This Privacy Policy explains what information the Air File mobile application (the “App”), provided by the developer (“we”, “us”), collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We designed the App to work without an account and without collecting your name, email address, or other directly identifying personal information.
We do not ask you to register or sign in. We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. The limited data we do process is:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles about you.
We share the limited data above with the service providers that help us run the App. Each acts as our processor and under its own privacy terms:
| Provider | Purpose | Privacy information |
|---|---|---|
| Apple (StoreKit / App Store) | Processing in-app purchases and subscriptions | apple.com/legal/privacy |
| Google Firebase | Anonymous authentication and remote configuration | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| AppMetricKit | Anonymous product analytics and install attribution | Contact us at the address below |
| Attribution / ad networks | Measuring, in aggregate, which campaigns drove installs | Governed by each network's own policy |
We keep anonymous usage and purchase-status data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and then delete or aggregate it. Purchase records may be retained longer where required for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.
Because the App does not hold an account or any directly identifying information, the simplest way to remove the anonymous identifiers associated with your installation is to delete the App from your device. If you would like us to delete the anonymous analytics data associated with your installation, email us at dropbeam@proton.me and we will process your request. Purchases are managed by Apple; refunds are requested through Apple.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our processors may store and process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data about you and to object to certain processing. Because we hold only anonymous data, we may need you to provide the identifier from your installation to act on a request. Contact us to exercise any right.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
